What is the price?

Note: Prices assume clear access of at least 1 m to all mowing areas. If access or conditions aren't suitable for a standard ride on mower a custom quote will be required.

Large Residential - $220 Inc GST

For properties up to 3000m²

Ideal for properties with lawns and gardens up to 3,000 m². Our service delivers a clean, even mow, neat edging around gardens, paths, and trees, with all clippings cleared for a spotless finish.

Acreage Mowing

The choice of mowing only or full service. Includes a quality cut and finish for lifestyle and rural properties. Mowing only and full service can be split based on paddock or frequency depending on your properties needs. Prices start at $220 including GST.

Mowing only up to 4.99 Acres - $0.07 per m²

Mowing only over 5 Acres - $0.03 per m²

Full Service - $0.09 per m²

What size of acreage do you service?

Our ride on services are suitable for large residential properties under 3000m² up more than 20 acres. We use a combination of 21", 32", and 72" mowers to access small courtyards, large paddocks and maintained open space areas.

How often should my lawn be mowed?

Cutting frequency is up to you. Our recommended frequency is fortnightly from October to April to keep lawns well-maintained, regardless of length and monthly during the winter.

Are there any areas you cannot access with your equipment?

Are there any areas you cannot access with your equipment? We require at least 1m of access to all parts of the property for ride on services with no stairs or obstacles. If areas have less then 1m of access or require stairs, we will require a custom quote.

Do you offer edging, whipper snipping, or blowing clippings as part of the service?

Yes! Our residential package (up to 3000m²) includes all the above. Acreage mowing always includes blowing of clippings, and whipper snipping can be added at an added cost.

Can you provide additional gardening services? If so, how does that work?

Keeping it green specialise in lawn maintenance and care. We can perform minor gardening tasks such as weed management however we strongly suggest a specialised gardener or horticulturalist to ensure a consistent result across your landscape.

What type of equipment do you use for acreage mowing?

We use speciality high end finish mowing equipment with rear discharge to provide the most consistent on large open space areas. For smaller areas we have a nimble side discharge stand on with capacity for catching in smaller areas (we cannot dispose of rubbish, a bin or compost area will be required)

Are there limits to the terrain or slopes you can mow?

Our specialty mower is designed to handle slopes more capably than other equipment. From a safety standpoint we must not exceed a 15 degree slope.

How do I book a service?

Our booking process is simple, and we can get you onto the schedule within ours. You can get a free instant estimate online which will provide you will a price immediately. We will then be in touch to verify the details and the scope of work. An official quote will be sent for you to accept. If required or desired by the client, we can arrange an in person visit.

Are there any hidden fees I should know about?

No, we only charge what we have quoted. If additional work is required we will provide another quote and charge accordingly.

How do we pay

All our residential customers can pay through debit/credit cards there are no fees. A card on file will be required to accept the estimate and when the job is completed the card is automatically charged after the invoice has been sent. We can only charge for what has been accepted on the quote.

Do I need to be home while you mow?

No. We only need access to the property. As we can only provide an estimated time of arrival, it is recommended to have gates unlocked and items picked up prior to our arrival.
